I had never used an attorney for anything, never had to, so I was nervous. I also read reviews which helped me in choosing them, as you read you will see how many good experiences people have had with this firm. Joe was able to guide me through the process of getting out and gave great advice. I felt like they truly cared. Would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with timeshare fraud. After researching and speaking with several South Carolina attorneys, I soon learned he is the attorney who will actually wrestle these corporations all the way to the South Carolina Supreme Court. Watch the video of his oral argument and you will agree DuBois is the one to hire. Doesn't hurt that he's a Citadel graduate, just like my son-in-law.
